A beautiful, privately owned skilled nursing facility located in Toledo, OH is looking for a strong Unit Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient’s examinations and/or questions.
- Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
- Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget.
Qualifications:
- Must have LPN license in the state of Ohio
- Must have long term care/skilled nursing experience
- Must have prior experience as a Unit Manager
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be a leader and a team player
